When making an appointment, you will be required to enter your email address and telephone number. This is where we will send you the appointment confirmation. There is a link on the confirmation which will allow you to change or cancel the appointment. If you need to change or cancel, please do so ASAP so that it opens availability for others. If you have no access to schedule or cancel please call one of the numbers below.
When booking an appointment with SC Works, you will be allowed to choose the reason for your visit. Choices include UI (Unemployment Insurance) Weekly Claims, Job Search, Resume Assistance, Federal Bonding, Veteran Services, Filing Unemployment Insurance and WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) which helps you train and prepare for new careers. If you do not see your reason for making an appointment in the selection, please call for additional information.
